Based in Sutton Coldfield and established in 2002 we provide a trusted and reliable service to mainly domestic customers offering a range of cleaning cycles from one offs, four and eight weekly cleans.
A copy of our liability insurance is always available for you to inspect, but we would like to assure you of our total professionalism whilst working on your property.

We work throughout the year and in most weather conditions. This is the only way we can guarantee a reliable service to you. We will also offer you a rain guarantee that should your home be cleaned in the rain, if within 24 hours your windows have not dried to your total satisfaction, we will re-do them again for you free of charge.
Terms, Conditions & Payment Options
1. We accept cash cheques, telephone and internet credits. (Our account details are available upon request.)
2. We will call or text you the evening before to arrange for clear access, ie - unlocked gates etc.
3. We reserve the right to charge 50% if cancelled upon our arrival to cover our time and expense.
